Very well recruited staff, kind, compassionate and cheerful. Acted as swiftly as they could each time request was made to them. They deserve a massive pay rise!
Suggested improvements
More frequent changing of toilet/shower area but (a) staffing in the NHS is an issue (c) some patients do not help (b) finding in the NHS is an issue to keep areas clean!
